Technical Support is available to all active Millennium Standard Software Support Agreement holders from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday. On-site technical support or technical support not covered within the scope of the agreement will be provided at an additional charge.

When prompted for an extension, enter 152 or press * for the department menu and 2 for technical support. Calls will be answered in queue. If you are required to leave a message, please make sure to include your name, company, phone number and a description of the issue. Calls will be returned by the next available technician. All requests will be answered within two hours during the listed business hours. Issues may also be forwarded via email.
